Agreement with the visitor regarding language courses

UAB “IDIOMA”, represented by the director ………………….., acting in accordance with the institution’s statutes (hereinafter referred to as the SCHOOL)
and the visitor …………………….………………………………….. (hereinafter referred to as the VISITOR), have entered into this agreement.

OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The SCHOOL agrees to create suitable conditions for the VISITOR to learn a foreign language, and the VISITOR agrees to study and pay for the courses.

THE SCHOOL’S OBLIGATIONS
2.1. Assign the VISITOR to the appropriate foreign language course at a mutually agreed time.
2.2. Organize the foreign language courses according to the SCHOOL’s curriculum and use the latest and most effective methods.
2.3. Upon the VISITOR’s request, the SCHOOL agrees to provide detailed information regarding the foreign language courses, methods, terms, results, etc.
2.4. Coordinate the foreign language course program with the VISITOR’s foreign language needs.
2.5. Provide the VISITOR with foreign language course materials as outlined in Section 4.4 of this agreement.
2.6. Issue a certificate upon completion of the course, indicating the VISITOR’s level of the course attended, if the VISITOR has completed the course within the period specified in this agreement and paid for the lessons.
2.7. The certificate will be issued after completing one level of the course and passing the final exam.

THE VISITOR’S OBLIGATIONS
3.1. Arrive on time for the foreign language classes and actively participate in them.
3.2. Pay for the foreign language lessons within the deadlines and terms specified in this agreement.

PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. In a group of 4-8 students, the price for the course (40 academic hours) is 200 EUR (academic hour – 5 EUR), in a group of 3 students, the price is 260 EUR (academic hour – 6.50 EUR), and in a group of 2 students, the price is 300 EUR (academic hour – 7.50 EUR).
4.2. If the number of students in the group changes, the price will increase or decrease. Prices are specified in Section 4.1.
4.3. The VISITOR agrees to pay the full price of the foreign language course within 2 days of the course start.
4.4. The VISITOR pays 20 EUR for the foreign language course materials within no more than 2 days from the course start.
4.5. Lessons missed by the VISITOR due to reasons not caused by the SCHOOL are not refunded, and no make-up lessons will be offered.
4.6. The SCHOOL has the right to suspend the course if the VISITOR does not pay for the foreign language lessons on time. Services can be resumed at the VISITOR’s request after payment.
4.7. If the VISITOR decides to cancel the course, the payment is non-refundable.

VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT
5.1. This agreement comes into effect on the day it is signed and remains valid until the final test of the course is taken, which should be done no later than 40 academic hours after the course begins.
